SECTION 1.222 EVIDENCE DEPOSITIONS
Section 1.222 Evidence Depositions
Upon order of the presiding officer or
by agreement of the parties, a deposition of any witness may be taken
for use as evidence in a Commission proceeding. The depositions may
be taken in the manner provided by law for depositions in civil actions
in the courts of this State.
