SECTION 1.250 PAST WORK RECORD
Section 1.250 Past Work Record
In a disciplinary hearing the performance
records of the employee or past disciplinary records are relevant for
the purpose of mitigation or aggravation of penalty in the event the
employee is found guilty of the disciplinary charge.
