SECTION 1.270 AUTHORITY OF COMMISSION TO MODIFY ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE'S
DECISION - FINALITY OF DECISION
Section 1.270 Authority of Commission
to Modify Administrative Law Judge's Decision - Finality of Decision
a) The Commission shall have the authority to affirm, reverse, modify,
or set aside in whole or in part the decision of the Administrative
Law Judge.
b) A decision or action of the Commission shall become final at
the time it is made in writing and announced at an open and public meeting
of the Commission and cannot be further reviewed by or appealed to the
Commission.
c) The Commission's final administrative decision shall be served
on the parties or their legal representative by United States mail to
the last known address of the party or counsel.
