Section1.302  Response to Proposed Decisions

a)         In a contested case where the members of the Commission have not heard the case or read the record, the findings and decision of the Administrative Law Judge appointed by the Commission to conduct the hearing or the results of the investigation shall be mailed to the parties prior to the Commission rendering a final decision.

b)         Six copies of the response shall be filed in the Springfield office of the Commission.  The responses shall be accompanied by proof that a copy of the response was served upon the opposing side.
